Getting Started
Can I order just one custom t-shirt?
No matter how many shirts you need, one custom t-shirt for a gift or one thousand shirts to outfit the whole company, Cubed Apparel is ready to help.
Can I supply my own shirts?
Generally, no, we do not print on customer supplied blanks. We're able to provide a much smoother, more streamlined experience when we handle all of the ordering and supplying of t-shirts in-house. Plus, we have discounted rates with all major wholesalers, so you can be sure you're getting a good deal.
Where are you located?
We are located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
The best kinds? But seriously, we only print with water-based inks. Water-based inks are eco-friendly and softest to the touch!
What happens after I place my order?
Each order is reviewed by at least one member of the Cubed Apparel production team to make sure your design is perfect and ready for print.
Your products are then decorated using digital printing. After your items are decorated, they will be shipped, and delivered to your door by your guaranteed delivery date.
Why does my shirt look different from the website?
While we attempt to show colours of the garments on our websites correctly, the actual colour may vary depending on the garment's manufacturing process, i.e. variations in colour (due to dye lots) and sizing.

How can I be sure my design will be centered?
Our customers benefit from a lot of perks, but one of their favorites is our complimentary art review. Each and every design that comes through our doors gets reviewed by a real person and edited for quality, colors, and mistakes—including image centering.
Sizing
How does your sizing work?
Sizing varies from brand to brand and garment to garment, but most products on our website run true to size. All products include detailed sizing charts.
Here’s a tip: Spread out your favorite piece of clothing on the floor. To determine the body width, measure 1" below the armpit across the chest. To determine the body length, measure the top of the shoulder seam to the bottom hem. Compare these measurements with our size chart to identify your size.
Wash Instructions
How do I wash my t-shirt?
Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the printing process. So we suggest following the care instructions below to learn how to take care of your printed garments properly.
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
Printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
Returns & Exchanges
If I don't like my shirts, can I return them?
If your order doesn't match the digital mock-up you approved, you can absolutely return the shirts and ask for a reprint. Obviously, that's something neither of us want and we work very hard to ensure you get exactly what you're expecting.
Shipping & Delivery
Can I come pick up my shirts?
Generally, no, Cubed Apparel HQ is not open for tours or pickups.
How will my shirts ship?
Depending on your location, we primarily ship with Canada Post or USPS.
How do I get a tracking number for my order?
A tracking number will be provided via email and in your order history once your order has shipped.
When will I receive my order?
We know how important it is to receive your shirts in time. We ship all orders within 5 business days and best of all, we ship out from Mississauga, Canada.
All orders placed with standard delivery will arrive at your door within 5-10 business days!
